Where is my order?Updated a month ago

We aim to get your order dispatched within 24 hours (48 hours during sale periods). Once it's on its way, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delivery times depend on the option you chose at checkout:

• UK Standard Delivery (3–5 days) - Royal Mail or Evri Click and Collect
• UK Next Day - Royal Mail or DPD

Please note that bank holidays and severe weather can sometimes cause delays beyond our usual delivery times, so do bear this in mind if your parcel is taking a little longer than expected.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a little while, don't worry - this can happen, especially during busier periods.
