Once you have your QR code, simply take your parcel to your nearest Post Office or Evri Parcel Store - no need to print anything yourself, they'll do that for you when you show your code. 

If you're returning items from more than one order, please keep them separate and raise a return for each.

Sending multiple orders back in the same parcel can cause delays in processing your refund.
