I purchased my item from one of your partners (John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, etc.) - how do I return it?Updated a month ago

If you purchased your item through one of our partner retailers — including John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, JD Williams, or Next.com - please return it directly to them, whether that's in-store or through their own returns process.

The same applies the other way around: items purchased on our website can only be returned to us, via our returns portal.

If you're not sure where your item was purchased from, check your order confirmation — this will show who processed your original payment.
