I can't log in / reset my password?Updated a month ago

No problem, this is usually a quick fix.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page and select "Forgot your password?"
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password

If you don't receive the reset email, do check your junk or spam folder, and make sure you're using the same email address you originally signed up with.
