How do I exchange an item?Updated a month ago

Fancy a different size or colour instead? Head to our returns portal as you would for a return, and choose "exchange" as your reason.

We offer two types:

• Instant exchange - we place a temporary hold on your card for the new item and send it straight out, releasing the hold once your original item is back with us.
• Standard exchange - no hold on your card, though we can't guarantee your chosen item will still be in stock by the time we receive your return.

Exchanges are free.
