Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel orders once they've been placed, as they go into processing very quickly.
Once your order is out for delivery, you may be able to redirect it to a local pick-up point or a different address using the tracking link or courier app you've been sent - this depends on the courier and isn't guaranteed, so it's worth checking there directly.
