Sorry to hear your code isn't working. Here are the most common reasons this can happen:

• It's expired - codes usually have an end date, so it's worth checking this
• It's already been used - codes can only be used once per customer
• It can't be combined with other offers - discount codes can't be used alongside another promotion or free shipping codes
• It's for the wrong type of item - full-price codes won't apply to sale items, and sale codes won't apply to full-price items, so do check which your code is intended for
• There's a typo - codes are case-sensitive, so it's best to copy and paste rather than type it out

To use your code, simply enter it into the "discount code" box at checkout.
